The Group operates in this sector through a dedicated public-services company, formed with established local shareholders where public procurement requires it. Delivery rests on the OpenStateStack technology family, with privacy-preserving design as the standard.

Enterprise software is the engineering the Group brings to institutions and the businesses that serve them. The Group's enterprise suite serves merchants and institutions across commerce and operations.
Delivery is held to the standard of the AEGIS engine — the OpenStateStack group's delivery practice — with certification and engineering discipline as the baseline.
Built with the institutions of hospitality.
Hospitality technology is the digital infrastructure of a sector built on trust between host and guest. CONSESSUS develops hospitality infrastructure jointly with sector institutions, as co-owners — not as vendors.

Licensed financial services.
The Group's financial activities cover acquiring, factoring, and supply-chain finance. Financial services are conducted exclusively through licensed entities, under the supervision of the competent European authorities.
The stage of each licence is stated precisely, and never ahead of the filings that support it.
Structured capital, by invitation.
Capital and investments provide the structured funding behind the Group's regulated financial activities. The activity is conducted with institutional partners and long-horizon capital.
